SSVF Case Manager II
Housing Matters partners with individuals and families to create pathways out of their homelessness into permanent housing. We are a leader in working to end homelessness and we want you to be part of our team! The Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF) Program is a multi-agency partnership and requires individuals with a high degree of experience working collaboratively toward a common goal. Sensitivity to and understanding of veteran-specific challenges is highly valued. Veterans and individuals with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
The SSVF program is hiring for a Case Manager II. Incumbents are required to use assessment, interviewing, and counseling skills to perform moderate casework services. Additional requirements include a high degree of program knowledge, good judgment skills, and a sense of creativity.
Hours and Benefits:
Case Manager II is full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, eligible for medical, dental, vision, 403b, and our generous PTO plan.

Starting Wages (Offer Dependent on Experience):
$27.00 $27.81 $28.64 $29.50 $30.39 $31.30
Preferred Experience and Education Requirements:
A minimum of four years of experience performing social service casework.
OR
A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, social welfare, human services, or one of the social or behavioral sciences plus two years of social service casework experience.
